Overview

This design-build project for the County of Riverside, includes the expansion of two community branch libraries; one located in Lake Elsinore (Lakeland Village community) and the other in Calimesa. The Lakeland Village project will feature a brand-new 8,000 square feet state-of-the-art library, offering a range of modern amenities such as public computers, tech stations, maker’s spaces, study rooms, a dedicated children's section, and spaces for people of all ages to enjoy. The new Calimesa library will include two new study rooms and a multipurpose room for workshops, arts and crafts, and other activities. Its size will increase from 2,160 square feet to 5,500 square feet, featuring a ranch-style design. The library will also be equipped with new furniture, shelving, computers, and an expanded book collection.
