Celebrating the City of Indio New City Hall and Library Groundbreaking
What an exciting time for the City of Indio as they celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Civic Center Campus on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. In collaboration with Holt Architecture, this project includes construction of a new 3-story, 36,285 sf City Hall Building and a new 7,814 sf library with surrounding site work including parking, photovoltaic canopies, and a public plaza.

New Design-Build Project at Crafton Hills College
We are excited to announce our latest Design-Build project in partnership with SGH Architects at Crafton Hills College. In collaboration with Crafton Hills College, AECOM, Kitchell, and San Bernardino Community College District, the new Instructional Building will be at the center of the campus and will house the new Tutoring Center and Honors Lounge.

Mt. SAC Student Center Ribbon Cutting
Congratulations to our Project Team and all our industry partners on completing this monumental project! The new 127,000 sf Student Center has opened its doors to students, staff, and the community to enjoy the new facility and all the services it provides. Dr. Koji Uesugi, Dean of Student Services said, “The student center will be our new anchor…our new center for campus of student engagement and activities. We are so excited and for many students this will be their home away from home.”
