Overview
The project consisted of the complete interior demolition and renovation of the existing 10,000 sf Culinary Arts Department at Cerritos College. This included abatement, removal and replacement of the existing concrete floor slab, and new utilities. Also included was the replacement of three 3 5kV switches serving the entire Student Center and maintaining power throughout the project to the Main Dining Room, Food Court Vendors, Refrigeration, and HVAC.
