Overview
The project included the construction of a new 38,000 sf Government Center and Tribal Hall located on the Pechanga Indian Reservation in Temecula, California. The multi-use community facility includes classrooms, a library, conference rooms and banquet facilities, full service kitchen, and children’s facility with exterior play areas. The facility also provides space for the United States Postal Service.
The Government Center and Tribal Hall serves as the Tribe’s seat of government, with office spaces for Tribal Membership and Council Boardroom facilities complete with state-of-the-art communications and audio-visual equipment, Tribal legal services and the Water and Accounting Departments.
