Overview
The project was a multi-phase modernization across six campus buildings. The scope includes structural upgrades, MEP improvements, installation of 108 solar tubes, restroom renovations, and enhanced finishes and ceilings. Additionally, the project involves a campus-wide fire alarm upgrade and ADA-compliant modifications to the parking lot.
