The new building is a reinforced masonry and structural steel building with a concrete roof deck and houses locker/shower rooms, restrooms, maintenance and operations area, administrative area, multi-purpose area, and teaching areas that support aquatics. The building’s roof doubles as a plaza overlooking the pool area. The project achieved LEED Certification.
