Overview
The project includes designing and constructing improvements to the City’s Development Services lobby and adjacent areas. The work involves demolishing and replacing countertops, adding customer service stations, installing new flooring and paint, constructing offices and walls, installing access control doors, reconfiguring office furniture systems, addressing ADA compliance, and updating low-voltage systems. Tilden-Coil was the design-builder for the project.
