Overview
As Construction Manager, Tilden-Coil completed the 990,000 sf, 522 room hotel and casino. In addition to the hotel and casino, the project included 7 restaurants, a pool, a 1,300-seat theater and a conference center with over 3,000 event seating. Tilden-Coil Constructors delivered a turn-key project including all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
