Overview
Construction included a new 4-story 130,578 sf building that includes a 3-level 200 space parking structure. The first floor includes a lobby, elevator, cafeteria, storage room, electrical room, and bicycle and clean air vehicle parking. The second and third floors are entirely used for vehicle parking. The fourth floor is reserved for office and conferencing spaces, as well as break and work rooms.
