Overview
This project at the Victor Miceli Law Library in Downtown Riverside involves a complete renovation of the first floor and mezzanine, including interior tenant improvements. We’ve upgraded HVAC, electrical systems, and the elevator, while also replacing the rooftop boiler, chiller, and ductwork. The scope of work includes updates to electrical systems, control panels, and lighting, along with abatement, roofing, drywall repair, and painting, ensuring a modern and functional space for the library's users.
