Overview
The Cardinal Child Development Center (CCDC) will be a new addition on the campus of San Bernardino High School (SBHS) on an approximate 2-acre site at the south edge of campus. The CCDC consists of the new construction of 14,700 square feet of classroom, administration and support space with additional exterior circulation covered walkway area. It will also serve as a fully functioning Net Zero-Energy facility, with photovoltaic panels that will produce enough on-site energy to fully offset the building's electricity consumption.
