Overview
The project included a casino addition/expansion, hotel construction and site work. The expansion included a new three-story 170,318 sf area addition/expansion complete with gaming floor, offices, bingo hall/entertainment area, restaurant/bar and an outside lounge. The hotel included seven-story (4-diamond) 206,465 sf area, 255 rooms, meeting rooms, offices, lounge, coffee shop, lobby, pool, and outside entertainment area. Site work specifics included grading and paving of approximately 2,160,270 sf (3,197 parking stalls), site utilities, and associated landscaping.
